On this half-day course you choose within your group which meal you would like to cook. Once a decision has been made you will be taken to the market where you will purchase your ingredients and will learn everything there is about Cambodian vegetables, herbs and spices. You will then return to the school to cook and to enjoy your culinary creations on the breezy rooftop terrace.

The Cambodian Countryside Experience allows you to get off the beaten track, away from the hustle of town and into the beautiful Cambodian countryside. You will visit an NGO in action, connecting rural communities with the tourist dollar and enjoy the challenge of riding an ox cart!

Pick up information on a range of local organisations and charities that need your support - all of whom are working in partnership with local people and communities. Informative volunteers will discuss various projects and offer advice on volunteer opportunities and various others ways you can help.

Watch the amazing Tonle Sap sunsets from the viewing deck of a beautilully restored river vessel, visit the GECKO Environmental Education Centre and enjoy drinks and a meal cooked by the vessel's top chef.

With this two day adventure, explore the mangroves of the Ream National Park, admire the spectacular waterfall of Kbal Chhay, enjoy fresh seafood and relax on the beaches of Sihanoukville.

Discover the streets of Phnom Penh with a cyclo tour of the city. A popular form of transport throughout Southeast Asia, the cyclo is still widely used in the Cambodian capital and is a comfortable way to see the sights.

The two day tour starts and ends in Phnom Penh, and heads out to Kratie to try and catch a glimpse of the very rare Irrawaddy dolphins.  From here we to Kampong Cham to visit a couple of their famous temples before returning to Phnom Penh at the end of the second day.

Starting in Phnom Penh, this tour ends out into the countryside to explore some Cambodian nature and traditional cultures.  Enjoy a fabulous day’s elephant trekking, admire the spectacular Yaek Lom Lake and stunning waterfalls and then visit the tribal cemeteries of Tumpoun and local ethnic villages.

A visit to the Visitor Centre at Angkor Hospital for Children allows travellers to learn more about the work of this paediatric hospital providing outpatient, inpatient, acute, emergency, surgical, low-acuity, dental and ophthalmologic care to children in Siem Reap.
